To clean your diffuser, ensure that the unit is completely disconnected from any power outlet and remove the cable that is connected to the bottom. We recommend using warm water and white vinegar to gently remove any debris and dust from the water chamber. DO NOT submerge the unit. Once you have cleaned the unit, leave to drain, and dry upside down. Make sure that the unit is completely dry before reconnecting it to any power source.

If it’s flattened, gently lift it using a small tool (ensure the plug is disconnected first). 3. If the fuse has blown, contact us at 01733 341000 for assistance.
If your Plug-In isn’t melting the wax, it might be due to the type of wax you’re using. Our Plug-In Wax Warmers are designed for our Soya wax, which has a lower melting point. If you’re using a wax with a higher melting point (like paraffin), it may not melt properly. For Mosaic Plug-Ins, consider using a higher wattage bulb (E14 fixture, up to 15w). You can purchase bulbs here. Note: For 3D Plug-Ins, only use 9w bulbs to avoid overheating due to their metallic coating.
