To ensure we can process your request as efficiently as possible, please complete the returns form by filling in all fields with accurate information; using the help guide below.
1.You will need to complete all contact information including, name, email, mobile and address.
2. If your purchase was made ONLINE you will need to provide your order number if the relevant field. You can find your order number in your order confirmation email. If you did not make your purchase online please input '000'.
3. If your purchase was made AT A KIOSK, please select the date your purchase was made and the location of the kiosk. If your order was made ONLINE, you can leave these fields blank.
4. You will now need to enter your product code. This can be found on either the side or underneath of your Sense Aroma box.
5. You must select a reason for your return. Please note: An 'unwanted' item is classified by being unused and in it's original/undamaged packaging.
6. Please provide more information of what has happened with the item e.g: - which items from your order are you returning, why it is unwanted, did it arrive damaged, you had the item for a specific time before the issue arose...
7. If your purchase was made AT A KIOSK, please attach an image of your receipt or mobile banking transaction. Without this we will not be able to action your request. If your purchase was made ONLINE, you do not have to attach an image.
8. You will now need to attach a video clearly displaying your product and any faults it may have. this includes showing us that the product in plugged in, adequate water levels, and where the problem appears.
